David Khajakyan, the leader of the "Luminous" faction of the Yerevan Council, addressed the issue of increasing ministers' salaries on his Facebook page.

“When it became clear that the former city authorities in Yerevan were not publishing the orders for granted bonuses, the Prosecutor's Office sent the materials to the NSS. Now that it has been revealed that the Prime Minister has secretly ordered the doubling of ministers' salaries, which are established by law, what consequences will this action have?” he wrote.
