This is the Price of a General: Arpine Hovhannisyan

The former deputy speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia and former Minister of Justice, Arpine Hovhannisyan, wrote on her Facebook page: "When, a few months ago, there was a remote debate between Lieutenant General and Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan, due to my and Pashinyan's actions, this was also one of the subjects of the debate: the issue of initiating a criminal case, not to mention the unacceptability of arrest or detention, if an amnesty act is applicable to the relevant article, which is applicable in Arsene Babayan's case.

The blatant disregard for professionalism—this is the price of a general. Nothing more, nothing less. I do not address the Special Investigative Service; no one expects anything else from them other than releasing the next politically persecuted individual."
