Ara Babloyan is at the Special Investigation Service
The former President of the National Assembly, Ara Babloyan, has been involved as a suspect on suspicion of monopolizing the powers of the Constitutional Court. Currently, Ara Babloyan is at the Special Investigation Service.
This information was confirmed in an interview with Sputnik Armenia by the Vice President of the Republican Party of Armenia, Armen Ashotyane. It is worth mentioning that Ara Babloyan is also a member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
According to media reports, during the pre-investigation of the criminal case initiated under the first part of Article 300 of the RA Criminal Code, Ara Babloyan has been involved as a suspect due to suspicions of monopolizing the powers of the Constitutional Court.
