I Have Had Warm Relations with Artur Vanetsyan: Vitaly Balasanyan

I have had warm relations with Artur Vanetsyan. This was stated today by Lieutenant General Vitaly Balasanyan during a conversation with journalists.

Balasanyan noted that when Vanetsyan was appointed as the head of the National Security Service, he visited Artsakh, and at that time, he was the Secretary of the Security Council. They met, discussed issues, and shared a piece of bread.

“After that, we did not talk about politics,” emphasized Balasanyan.

Regarding his decision to run for president, Balasanyan said that he made the decision himself; no one told him what to do, including Serge Sargsyan and Robert Kocharyan. Balasanyan is convinced that he is the person capable of solving the problems.
