Major Car Accident Involving Woman Driver: Vehicle Removed from the Scene with Crane (Photos)
On October 10, a major car accident occurred in the Kotayk region. Around 5:30 PM, a 29-year-old woman, Elena V., crashed her Toyota vehicle with license plate number 77 ML 001 on the Zvununi-Yegvard highway within the administrative area of the village of Zvununi. She exited the roadway, struck iron guardrails, then collided with iron support columns of gas pipelines, and ultimately hit a stone fence at 45/1, 12th street in Zvununi village.
As reported by photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan from the scene, both the driver, Elena V., and her passenger, 25-year-old Lili M. from Yerevan, were injured and taken to Armenia Medical Center.
The vehicle was safely transported from the scene with the help of citizens and police using a crane. Residents gathered at the accident site commented, “There is no shortage of accidents in this area. Numerous accidents and pedestrian injuries, including tragic ones, have occurred here.”
