Hraparak: Vayots Dzor Governor Will Not Remain Unemployed

«Hraparak» newspaper reports that the status of Vayots Dzor Governor Tirdat Sargsyan is not yet resolved. Although he announced that he would resign from his position after the military exercises conclude on October 6, he is currently waiting for a response from Nikol Pashinyan. According to our sources, following a recent incident, the Prime Minister has only inquired, 'Is Tirdat's protection ensured?' which suggests that Tirdat is under state care.

Moreover, our information indicates that even if Sargsyan's resignation is accepted, he will not remain without a position. There are rumors that he may replace the head of the State Property Management Committee, Narek Babayan, who has been the subject of long-standing dissatisfaction from the Prime Minister. It is worth noting that Babayan is the husband of Lena Nazaryan.
