Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco Prices Increased in September

The newspaper "Jaghavorut" reports that in September of this year, the increase in the consumer market of Armenia compared to August was 0.2%. Alcoholic beverages and tobacco have seen price hikes in September.

Experts have also recorded inflation in the vegetable market, where the increase was 2.5% in September compared to August. The same trend is observed in the meat market, with a recorded inflation of 0.1% in this sector.

According to the newspaper, one kilogram of pork (chalahaj) is sold for 3000-3400 drams, while one kilogram of pork tenderloin sells for 2900-3200 drams. One kilogram of beef is priced at 2800-3000 drams.
