Ford Transit Vehicle Hits Resident of Sotk Village, Victim Dies

Today, on October 4, a tragic accident occurred in the Gegharkunik region resulting in death. Around 19:30, a resident of Yerevan, 39-year-old Ashot M., struck 48-year-old Garnik H., a resident of Sotk village, with his Ford Transit vehicle bearing license plate 91 OD 900 on the interstate road from Vardenis to the Republic of Artsakh.

According to photojournalist gagik Shamsyan, the driver did not flee the scene and attempted to assist the injured party, who unfortunately died on the way to the Vardenis hospital.
