Another Burned Trash Can: Aram Manukyan
Aram Manukyan, the former deputy head of the Ajapnyak administrative district in Yerevan, posted on his Facebook page featuring an image of a burned trash can.
"Another burned trash can: This time in Ajapnyak on Bashinjagyan Street. When words are unnecessary," he wrote.
It is noteworthy that this is not the first instance of new trash cans, acquired by the Yerevan municipality, being set ablaze.
