“Dear compatriots, September 2 is one of the most significant days in our history, as the declaration of the Republic of Artsakh was the realization of the sacred dream of all Armenians. Over the subsequent decades, Artsakh’s development proved that the Armenian people can unite as one and defend every inch of their homeland, liberated with the blood of their heroic sons, to thrive and become more prosperous.
