‘Haykakan Jamanak’. Why Is the National Security Council Silent on the Amulsar Issue?

‘Haykakan Jamanak’ reports: “It seemed that the issue of Amulsar should also be addressed by the National Security Council of Armenia, yet it is trying to avoid this important topic. It is surprising, but this body responsible for the country’s security has adopted an ostrich policy and is attempting to avoid taking responsibility.

In reality, the ‘Soros’ wing of the government, of which the Secretary of the National Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, is a key member, is opposed to the exploitation of Amulsar, and this is partly the reason for the silence of the National Security Council and, in particular, Armen Grigoryan.”
