Speed Camera to Be Activated on Narekatsi Street in Vanadzor
The Road Police has announced that the absence of photographic technical means for monitoring compliance with the established maximum speed limit has created favorable conditions for numerous drivers to exceed the maximum speed, thus contributing to the emergence of accident situations.
In accordance with Article 22 of the Law on Police of the Republic of Armenia, a photographic speed camera has been relocated from another area and installed on the section of the M-6 state highway that passes through Narekatsi Street in Vanadzor, connecting Vanadzor to Alaverdi and the Georgian border.
The speed camera will be activated starting August 22, 2019. The Road Police urges drivers to adhere to traffic rules.
