3D Pedestrian Markings Applied in Stepanakert: Hakob Karapetyan
3D pedestrian markings have been implemented on the central Vazgen Sargsyan street in Stepanakert, inspired by a similar initiative in Yerevan. This was announced by Hakob Karapetyan, spokesperson for the Yerevan Municipality, on his Facebook page.
“Inspired by the Yerevan experience, our partners in Stepanakert have applied the 3D pedestrian marking trial on central Vazgen Sargsyan street. And the first crossing turned out better for the Stepanakert residents than for the Yerevan ones (it's not the first time that this has happened! :)). They say that they are also interested in 3D crossings in Abovyan and have sought advice from our specialists in this regard, as well as their colleagues in Tbilisi. In Yerevan, these will increase in the near future,” he noted.
