On July 25, the director of one of Yerevan's best kindergartens, Mrs. Raya Gevorgyan, submitted her resignation. This was reported on Facebook by Ruslan Baghdasaryan, the former head of the Davtashen administrative district.

He specifically noted: "Mrs. Gevorgyan is the widow of Artsakh hero-commander Samvel Gevorgyan. She took over this kindergarten nearly 25 years ago with about 50 children, and she increased the number to 430. After 25 years of service, just one year before her retirement, she submitted her resignation due to the atmosphere created by these individuals. I am addressing those responsible for this atmosphere: you will have to answer!"
