RO Discovers Fundraising Incident Involving Demobilized Soldiers

As a result of operational measures taken by the Military Police of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, it has been revealed that the head of the replenishment department of military unit N, Major G.K., collected between 2000-5000 AMD from demobilized soldiers for the purpose of transporting them from the military base to their residence in a Ford vehicle. However, the soldiers refused to travel in the mentioned vehicle, and the money paid by them was not refunded.

This information was shared by the spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, on his Facebook page. Materials are being prepared in the Military Police regarding this fact. The Military Police once again urges individuals to refrain from illegal activities.
