Surik Khachatryan in Critical Condition

Former Syunik Governor Surik Khachatryan is in critical, life-threatening condition and in a coma, reports Hraparak.am. It is noted that he is receiving treatment in Europe, and his family has recently traveled to be with him.

The website has contacted one of Khachatryan's close associates, who stated that his condition is indeed serious, with significant heart-related issues arising. It was only through emergency surgery that his life was saved.

Khachatryan has undergone two open-heart surgeries; however, he has now regained consciousness and is breathing independently. Nevertheless, treatment is expected to continue in France.
