MP Responds to Claims of a 20 Million Dram Phone Number Gift

During a press briefing today, MP Hayk Sargsyan addressed the article published on Newspress.am titled, 'Another Expensive Gift: A 20 Million Dram Phone Number for Hayk Sargsyan.' Sargsyan stated: 'This article alleges that the former head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district gifted me the phone number 033 00 00 00. I do not know this person; I have never had any interaction, met them, or even received a phone call from them. This publication is completely false. I have approached the court to reassure my constituents of this fact. It is the first time I learned from that article that a phone number with the 033 code exists; I do not possess such a phone number.'
