VIDEO: Armenians Detained in Turkey on Suspicion of Prostitution
In the Hopa district of Ardvin province, Turkey, foreign women (110 individuals) have been detained by law enforcement agencies as part of the fight against prostitution, according to Turkish media reports. This information was reported by panorama.am.
Among those detained were citizens of Armenia, Russia, Uzbekistan, Romania, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, and Morocco.
After interrogation, all 110 individuals were deported from Turkey.
Another Turkish source has also reported that on the same days, an Armenian tourist was detained on suspicion of theft.
