Armenia Detains Turkish Citizen for Illegal Border Crossing Near Megrashat Community

Employees of the Border Guard Department of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, stationed in Armenia, detained an individual near the Megrashat community for illegally crossing the Armenian-Turkish border. The incident occurred on April 16.

According to the press service of the Border Guard Department, during the investigation into the circumstances of the incident, the border violator revealed that he is a citizen of Turkey and is hiding from justice.
