According to the newspaper 'Zhoghovurd', former head of the RA State Revenue Committee and former MP of the ARF faction Mihran Poghosyan has been summoned again by the Special Investigation Service to be questioned as a witness regarding a criminal case involving offshore companies registered in Panama.

Poghosyan recently failed to appear for questioning, citing that he was abroad. Furthermore, he proposed to be interrogated via video conference, which was rejected as such a procedure is not provided by law. The body conducting the proceedings has invited Poghosyan again for questioning, asking him to inform them of his return dates to Armenia.

It has been 20 days since Poghosyan was first invited for questioning, and just yesterday 'Zhoghovurd' inquired with the Special Investigation Service whether Mihran Poghosyan had been questioned, or if the preliminary investigation body had decided to announce a search warrant for him. In response, the Special Investigation Service stated, 'Mihran Poghosyan has indicated that he will appear before the preliminary investigation body in the coming days.'
