Foul Odor in the Corridor: Araik Harutyunyan Makes Surprise Visit to School

The Minister of Education and Science of Armenia, Araik Harutyunyan, recently shared on his Facebook page: "I just visited one of the special schools unannounced. There was a foul smell from the toilet in the corridor, despite the budget being in the hundreds of millions. In one of the classrooms, I could hear unbearable shouting; upon entering, I realized this is how they are being raised. I have instructed that serious attention must be given to this school."
