Destruction of Building at 13 Khorenatsi Street Allowed by City Hall

The demolition work on the facade of the building located at 13 Khorenatsi Street has resumed.

The building was partially demolished in 2004, and only the facade was preserved. According to a statement from the Yerevan City Hall, the facade is not included in the list of buildings with architectural value.

The City Hall clarified that after the privatization of the building, the owners did not plan to maintain the facade.

It should be noted that the issue of the building's demolition has been a topic of discussion on the internet for several days.
