Tragic Incident in Lori: Body of Homeowner Found Hanging from Roof

Today, on February 22, a tragic incident occurred in the Lori region. At approximately 15:15, the Stepanavan police department received a report that a body was found hanging on the roof of a house located at 23 Sayat Nova Street.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamsyan, police and investigators discovered the body of the homeowner, 81-year-old Frida Muradyan, hanging from a wooden support on the roof.

Upon arrival, the preliminary conclusion by the forensic doctor indicated that an external inspection of the body revealed signs of constriction around the neck, but no other bodily injuries were found.

As per the investigator's decision, a series of examinations have been appointed, including a forensic medical examination of the body. Investigative materials are being prepared at the Stepanavan investigative division regarding this case.
