The "Zhoghovourd" daily reports: "The statements made by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during the government meeting were indeed concerning: 'Regardless of which public officials or employees involved in the state management system participated in the revolutionary processes—whether they were supporters or opponents—the task of the current government and all state management bodies is to operate within the logic of the values brought by the revolution and within the framework of the laws and Constitution of the Republic of Armenia. Everyone had a chance to integrate into the new values and system and adopt those values, but the pre-revolutionary values and relationships have no chance of revival. At least, as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, I consider it my personal duty, and any attempt to revive those values will be stopped in the strictest manner—whether by lying on the asphalt, leaning against the walls, or through any other legal means,' Pashinyan said.

It is clear that if Nikol Pashinyan is making such warnings at the government meeting, it indicates that there are preconditions. If you remember, Pashinyan previously spoke from the National Assembly podium about officials who had appeared to be principled and clean before the revolution but had become 'dilapidated' after it, as well as officials who, having transitioned from Facebook activist to public servant, still retained the activist's approach.

Despite these warnings, those addressed do not seem to have drawn any conclusions. In this situation, it is interesting to wonder why Prime Minister Pashinyan is hesitating and not resorting to drastic measures—after all, the 'adaptation period' established after the Velvet Revolution should have long been over.
