Why Sanasaryan Didn't Check the High Voltage Electric Networks During the Sale to Samvel Karapetyan
According to the newspaper "Zhamanak", the State Oversight Service led by Davit Sanasaryan conducted inspections at the High Voltage Electric Networks company during the summer. Following the inspections, Sanasaryan announced that 140 million drams would be returned to the state budget.
Our information indicates that the inspections pertained to the period preceding the sale of High Voltage Electric Networks to Samvel Karapetyan's Tashir Group, while the actual sale and the period following it were overlooked. It remains unclear why the agency headed by Sanasaryan displayed such a dual approach.
