Schedule of New Year and Christmas Ceremonies Published

The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin has published the schedule of ceremonies to be held on the occasion of New Year and Christmas celebrations.

December 31
At 24:00 – Ceremony of the Blessing of Pomegranate at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, presided over by His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.

January 1
At 10:00 – Divine Liturgy (The community of the Mother See will attend the ceremony at St. Gayane Monastery).

January 5
At 17:30 – Evening Service and Vigil Divine Liturgy (The community of the Mother See will participate in the ceremonies at St. Gayane Monastery).

January 6
At 10:30 – Patriarchal Divine Liturgy and Blessing of Water at St. Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral in Yerevan.

January 7
At 10:30 – Divine Liturgy and Memorial Service (The community of the Mother See will attend the ceremonies at St. Gayane Monastery).
