Restaurants Must Verify Tax Obligations of Singers and Toastmasters
According to information from "Zhamanak," the Tax Service is preparing to send a special directive to restaurants and mourning and wedding halls, warning that if unregistered singers, toastmasters, or musicians perform there, the entire responsibility will fall on the management of those venues.
This means that restaurants or event halls must check the registration certificates of musicians or toastmasters before inviting them. They need to verify whether these individuals have tax obligations, and only after that allow them to perform; otherwise, they will face penalties.
It seems banks should also send a note requiring that guests do not have overdue credit obligations.
