Turkey Continues Reconstruction of Railroad Near Armenia Border
The reconstruction of the railway line located near the border with Armenia is continuing in full swing, according to Turkish media reports.
Ismail Demirtaş, the head of the Akhalkalaki district in Kars province, visited the construction site to familiarize himself with the progress of the work. During his visit, he received detailed information regarding the current status of the operations.
The inspection focused on the renewal of the rails, strengthening of infrastructure, maintenance and repairs, as well as measures aimed at enhancing the safety of the railway line.
The completion of work on this strategically important railway line near the Armenian border aims to modernize and improve infrastructure, increase transport safety, and significantly contribute to future developments in railway transport.
It has been noted that after the completion of maintenance, renovation, and reconstruction works, the line will be modernized, becoming safer, more efficient, and capable of serving for many years to come.
