This Raises Questions: Anna Grigoryan on Ruben Rubinyan's Brother's Positions

In the National Assembly, Anna Grigoryan addressed the issue of Ruben Rubinyan and presented details regarding the official appointments of his brother, Levon Rubinyan. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Grigoryan continued the inquiries raised by her colleague Mesrop Manukyan, which pertain to Ruben Rubinyan's brother.

She noted that Ruben Rubinyan's brother, whom she does not know but assumes is a qualified specialist, has been appointed as the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of "Amiol Bank" and is also the Chief Director of Business Development. According to Grigoryan, the issue is that 25% of this bank is owned by the government, and Ruben Rubinyan's brother has been appointed to this senior position just after the government acquired that share.

Moreover, Levon Rubinyan, Ruben Rubinyan’s brother, is a member of the management body of "Viva Armenia." Here too, according to the deputy, the entire problem lies in the fact that the government holds a 20% stake, and after the sale of "Vivasel-MTS" and the transition to "Viva Armenia," when the government acquired the 20%, Levon Rubinyan was appointed to that position.
