They Came to Power Like Blind People, Creating Chaos: Samvel Karapetyan
In order to maintain their power, they create chaos so they can manage that chaos. This was stated by Samvel Karapetyan, the leader of the 'Strong Armenia' party, in an interview with Nazeni Hovhannisyan's program 'Bridges'.
“They came to power like blind people; there is no more greedy person than a blind man. These people are moving forward with that principle; greed is suffocating them. They cannot imagine this life without their power and chairs. We cannot allow people to come to power who only know the word 'in spite of'. They came to power with just one word—'in spite of'—but it is insufficient to govern a country; one must have data, which this government lacks. The maximum potential of Nikol Pashinyan could have been managing a pig farm in Yenokavan. These people have lost touch with reality; they will not rest and will continue to make one-sided concessions, which is destructive for our statehood,” Karapetyan noted.
During his conversation with Nazeni Hovhannisyan, Samvel Karapetyan raised alarms about impending new dangers. According to him, the authorities have lost their sense of sobriety and connection to their own people, resulting in the country being led to more one-sided concessions, endangering the entire security system of Armenia.
