Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan has commented on the speeches of businessmen participating in the parliamentary elections.

“Dear oligarchs, can you express one thought that is not complete nonsense? We are foolish. Instead of filling our pockets with budget money, we are building some roads and schools, what kind of nonsense is this?” he said, adding that they should have kept that money for themselves and then used it for vote-buying to get elected.

“Isn't that the traditional Armenian way?” he stated.
