Vladimir Zelensky Issues Statement
The President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, has announced that he does not intend to cling to his position and is ready to organize elections in Ukraine if the necessary conditions are met.
"I absolutely have no intention of clinging to the presidential chair," Zelensky stated in an interview with several Polish media outlets.
It is noteworthy that earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin had stated that if elections were held in Ukraine, Moscow would have the right to demand that Ukrainians living in Russia be given the opportunity to vote on Russian territory.
