High Level of Preparedness Declared in India: Terrorist Attacks Expected
Indian intelligence agencies have announced a high level of preparedness due to potential terrorist attacks targeting Jewish sites during the Hanukkah holiday, reports The Times of Israel, citing Indian sources.
According to Indian intelligence, terrorist groups are planning attacks in Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai. “Sources emphasize that the threats are considered extremely serious, and security measures have been significantly strengthened in several locations,” the newspaper states.
It is noteworthy that 16 people, including one of the suspects, were killed in an attack in Sydney. An additional 38 injured individuals have been hospitalized, with 7 in serious condition.
