Russian President Allegedly Building an Empire: Mark Rutte

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization is, allegedly, expected to 'test' Russian President Vladimir Putin's desire to end the conflict in Ukraine, stated NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, according to The Guardian.

'Let's test Putin. Let’s see if he really wants peace or prefers the slaughter to continue,' he said.

Rutte emphasized that the Russian president is, supposedly, building an empire.

The NATO Secretary General noted that it is important for the West that 'we all continue to put pressure on Russia and support real efforts to cease this war.'
