Pashinyan Comments on 2019 OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs' Proposal
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has addressed the 2019 proposal from the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs during a press briefing.
“We have never refused to negotiate. I emphasize this section due to the title to show what kind of document it is and what content it has,” Pashinyan stated, adding that this document was formed during the process when he needed a summary of information from the co-chairs regarding the content generated in the negotiation process.
“It is important to note that this did not result from my negotiations, as during that time, I was still in the phase of gathering information,” the Prime Minister said.
