Dmitry Medvedev Threatens EU
Russia will be ready to return its frozen assets through reparations if the European Union decides to steal them, stated Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia.
“If the madcap EU attempts to steal the frozen Russian assets in Belgium by providing this so-called compensation loan, such actions can be classified under international law as a casus belli for Brussels and for individual EU countries, with all ensuing consequences. In that case, the return of these funds may occur not through courts, but through reparations paid by Russia's defeated enemies in a natural manner,” wrote Medvedev on his Max channel.
