Turkey's Defense Minister Addresses Agreements Between Azerbaijan and Armenia
Turkey's Defense Minister Yasar Guler has commented on the agreements reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia in Washington. He stated, "Within the framework of the restructuring of Azerbaijan's armed forces, we have made significant progress and continue to make strides in cooperation in the field of defense industry, as well as in areas of personnel training, provision of assistance, and consultancy activities. On the other hand, we are pleased with the recorded will for establishing peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia in Washington. We view this step as very valuable, undertaken during increasingly frequent international conflicts and crises, and we hope that a comprehensive peace agreement will be signed as soon as possible."
