Pentagon Confirms Supply of Tomahawk Missiles to Ukraine: Final Decision Rests with Trump
According to CNN, three American and European senior officials have reported that the Pentagon has approved the supply of Tomahawk missiles. However, the final decision must be made by the U.S. President.
Military experts assess that the transfer of such weapons to Ukraine will not affect the combat readiness of the U.S. military and will not threaten the country's strategic reserves. According to sources, the necessary documents have already been sent to the White House, and the issue is now at the political level.
Trump, however, has previously hinted that he is in no rush to approve the shipment. During a meeting with Zelensky, he emphasized that he does not want to provide what is necessary for the U.S. defense.
