Azerbaijan's Demand Unacceptable: Mirzoyan
We have the impression that during several months and years of negotiations, the Azerbaijani side was trying to create some sort of extraterritorial corridor for Syunik, stated the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, in an interview with DW.
“For instance, they demanded that armed forces of a third country be stationed along this railway. I remember how they said that Russian troops should be deployed along the railway. This, of course, was unacceptable to us. There is no corridor; rather, there is the 'Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity,'” the minister noted.
