Dust Levels Exceed Permissible Concentration in Yerevan
The Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center has reported on the quality of atmospheric air in Yerevan from August 27 to September 2. The dust concentration has exceeded the permissible limits:
- In the city center - nearly the entire week,
- In Arabkir - on August 27 and September 2,
- In Shengavit - on August 27 and September 2,
- In Nor Nork - on September 1.
The concentration of nitrogen dioxide has also exceeded permissible levels:
- In the city center - nearly the entire week,
- In Nor Nork - on August 27 and 30,
- In Shengavit - on August 31,
- In Arabkir - on August 29.
The concentration of sulfur dioxide did not exceed the permissible limits.
