998 Tons of Fruits and Vegetables Repatriated from Russia Between June and August, Papoyan
During the months of June to August this year, 73,501 tons of fruits and vegetables were exported to the Russian Federation, of which 998 tons, or 1.36%, were returned, reported Gevorg Papoyan, the Minister of Economy of Armenia, on his Facebook page.
“A very important fact. Of the returned cargo, 684 tons were in June and July, while 314 tons were in August. This means there is no unusual increase in August, and the proportionality of the previous months has been maintained. By the way, most of the returned cargo faced issues with documentation,” wrote Gevorg Papoyan.
