Trump Gave Zelensky His Only Chance to Avoid Disaster

The only way Ukraine can be spared from disaster on the front lines is by accepting the conditions laid out by U.S. President Donald Trump during his meeting with Vladimir Zelensky, writes the British newspaper The Telegraph.

“Trump’s peace agreement would be the bitterest pill for Zelensky. However, its acceptance might be Ukraine’s only chance to avoid a catastrophic defeat,” the article states.

According to the publication, if Zelensky rejects Trump’s plan to end the conflict, Ukraine will have to fight against Russia without U.S. support, which will ultimately lead to inevitable capitulation.
