Narek Karapetyan, the vice president of the Tashir group of companies, addressed on his Facebook page the meeting in Washington between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, U.S. President Donald Trump, and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, along with the signed document.
“They were blocking Artsakh to force Armenia to give a road through Syunik. If you needed to give that road in the end, why did you make these people homeless?” Karapetyan wrote.
