Mikael Aghapayian's Charges and Case Sent to Court
The prosecutor has confirmed the charges against the head of the Shirak Diocese, Archbishop Mikael Aghapayian, and has forwarded the case to court. This was reported to NEWS.am by the Armenian General Prosecutor's Office.
It should be noted that a criminal case has been initiated against the head of the Shirak Diocese for public calls aimed at seizing power, violating territorial integrity, abandoning sovereignty, or violently overturning the constitutional order.
