In Armenia, Anti-Government Speech Has De Facto Become Criminalized: Kristine Vardanyan
In Armenia, anti-government speech has de facto been criminalized. This statement was made by Kristine Vardanyan, a member of the 'Armenia' faction, on her Facebook page.
“To all those whose delicate souls have been hurt by Ruben Hakobyan and other opposition statements, and who justify Pashinyan's authoritarian behavior with this reasoning, I suggest following the pages and public speeches of Alexander Sirunyan, Roman Baghdasaryan, and other pro-government propagandists. And since you do not condemn the calls to burn opposition figures, close down the opposition party, and expel the Supreme Patriarch, please refrain from at least your obvious displays of duplicity,” she wrote.
