All passengers, including those of Armenian descent, are ensured safety: Baku Airport
Due to flight restrictions in the airspace of Iran, Iraq, and Israel, which were imposed by Israel following airstrikes conducted on Iranian territory, 13 international airlines have had to land at Baku's Heydar Aliyev International Airport to safely resume their flights.
Among the aircraft that made emergency landings were several with citizens of the Republic of Armenia. The press service of Heydar Aliyev International Airport stated that the safety and comfort of all passengers have been ensured.
Services have been provided in accordance with international aviation law. It is also noted that more than half of the flights that made emergency landings were able to continue their journey afterward. Coordination procedures for the remaining flights are being conducted in accordance with international standards.
