Mirzoyan on the Return of Azerbaijanis
The Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan has addressed the demands of Baku regarding the return of Azerbaijanis who lived in Soviet Armenia. He stated, “Such an issue is not present in the relations between the two countries, and it is not being discussed by either side. What we hear, including within the context of Western Azerbaijan rhetoric, we perceive solely as a threat to Armenia's territorial integrity. Of course, we communicate this to the Azerbaijani side,” Mirzoyan said. According to him, the Azerbaijani side does not share Armenia's position.
