Armenian Apostolic Church Should Be Financially Accountable to the State, Says MP
MP Arthur Hovhannisyan believes that legislative work should be carried out to ensure the Armenian Apostolic Church is financially accountable to the state.
He wrote on his Facebook page, “On Saturday and Sunday, I conducted a small survey on my Facebook page with the following question: Should the Armenian Apostolic Church be financially accountable to the state? A total of 2,679 users participated in the survey: YES - 96% (2,575), NO - 4% (104). It is necessary to carry out legislative work in this direction,” stated the member of the ruling Civil Contract party.
