The Last Bell: How Many Minors Were Behind the Wheel?
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as of 17:00 on May 23, a total of 217 vehicles involved in the "Last Bell" celebrations have been moved to special areas in the capital and regions, of which 127 were driven by minors.
“We again urge parents to refrain from allowing children to drive vehicles. Each incident will have legal consequences. Increased monitoring continues,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
