What is Pashinyan Doing for Tortured Prisoners in Baku?
Member of the "Armenia" alliance Agnesa Khomyanyan today asked a question in the National Assembly to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan: "Aside from the statement, what are you doing for our compatriots who are being tortured in the prisons of the country with which you are planning to sign a peace agreement, in terms of their return to the homeland?"
The deputy noted that Ruben Vardanyan's lawyer presented a very clear action plan on what the Armenian government can do to facilitate the return of our compatriots to Armenia.
In response, Pashinyan stated that in addition to statements, they continue to remain committed to the peace agenda, because they believe that a peaceful atmosphere is the action that can also address this issue.
